Recruitment Process

Sourcing Methods: Automated Data bank. Character string search
retrieval system. Pre-qualify & pre-screen candidates-general
/non-technical. Database is updated to keep it dynamic by-Ads, job
fairs, AIESEC** membership (access to 85 countries database)
internet, referrals etc.

Selection: After the initial pre-qualification candidate are
then subject to in-depth technical interview (in-person where
possible) including CPIP (Critical path interviewing process*). If
the candidate passes the CPIP process then he/she is given a test
(where applicable) including English proficiency test (for overseas
candidates).

Verifications: The final stage before the employment offer is
granted we do reference & academic (where applicable) checks.

Offer: Thereafter the candidate becomes an employee and signs an
employment agreement and disclosure statement.

Training: Technical training, certifications & English classes
(foreign employees) are provided on a case-by-case basis. Some
training and classes are held overseas while an employee is waiting
visa processing.
